Recently Expanded C-Store

The Truck Stop / Travel Center is a heritage business in operation for nearly 80 years and has been owned by the present family ownership-group since 2009 – they are only the second ownership group in the business’ history.  

Travel Center recently completed a significant expansion and remodel, including a 2,800 sqft C-Store expansion to the existing store (for a large 4,600 sqft C-Store and total 18,600 sqft building post-expansion).  This includes a 43′ fuel desk, new cooler & freezer doors, new restrooms at the rear of the store, and a new C-Store Deli Area and kitchenette, which is connected to the main commercial kitchen. 

The commercial kitchen is attached to a large restaurant dining area, with space for multiple QSRs.  The sit-down Restaurant was closed during construction and has not yet reopened.  Its average sales were $680,000/year.  The restaurant was historically run by the operating group; however it is also a great lease opportunity.  A further option is to reopen the Restaurant and dining area, while also converting a portion of the space to one or more QSRs for additional operating or leasing opportunities.
